Grilled Cremini Mushrooms, Yellow Peppers & Spring Onions
Fresh Asparagus w/ Lemon & Garlic
Mashed Cauliflower

I need a repeat tomorrow night!

I haven't posted in a while, but here are a few of the things I've made since then . . .
Chili
Salmon seasoned with honey mustard and a nut crust, jasmine rice, bok choy, and mixed steamed veggies
B4D (of course)
and several nights of eating out.

We're in the thick of band events right now. Today will be the 3rd day in 3 days. Yesterday, my son's Wind Ensemble took 1st place in an Invitational Festival. Today his Jazz Band is performing at a local jazz club. Thus, tonight will be eating out as well.
