Made myself some Beef Enchiladas last night and made extra for the freezer for this winter. Going to make some bread today so I can have a Grilled Chicken sandwich tonight. Kind of cold here today so it will probably take all day to get bread to raise - I'll put in the oven with the light on to give it a hand.

Tonight - Coconut Shrimp, Pasta Alfredo, French Bread and Cherry Chip Cake. My husband is cooking, my son is cleaning house. Sounds like heaven huh? Nope, but close!! I turn 40 today

Happy Birthday, thechickenchick! It sounds like a lovely celebration for a wonderful milestone. I don't know why, but 40 didn't phase me at all, but, for some reason, 24 did. I guess in my mind that was the end of my freedom and the official launch into full-fledged adulthood. Once I accepted that, everything else was easy.
