Grilled Chicken Breast, macaronni salad, boiled eggs, rolls. Quick and good after a long day of hard work building rabbit pens, bushhoggin, tilling and transplanting some flowers. Not to mention chicken chores.

Babyback ribs (slow cooked in foil on the grill with onions, garlic and beer. BBQ sauce comes last.
Cabbage slaw with tomatos, onions and a touch of lemon juice. Redbeans with onions and bacon. Texas Toast.
(Can you tell we like onions?)

OMG, well tonight was a ripper:

Baked chicken
Cornbread dressing
Summer Squash
Buttered corn
Cranberry Sauce
Dinner Rolls
Cold sweet milk

Oh, and if anyone should hear of a good sale for overalls, by all means please let me know. I'm gonna need some new ones.

Yogi - as I always say - I am not gaining weight. I just left my clothes in the dryer to long and they shrunk. So be sure and take those things out of the dryer while they are still slightly damp. (Plus if you put them on damp it makes stretching them easier.)
LOL

It all sounds better than my leftovers. LOL
That crusted talapia sounds wonderful. Ummmm I think I have a piece of talapia in the freezer. Supper tommorow might just be that lonely piece of fish.
My freezer is almost empty. I am going to have to start visiting you folks soon or I might starve.
Yogi, will you break out some of those greens for me?

Sometimes leftovers are the best thing! It's easy and quick, plus it's a good use of the resources!

I cheated on the tilapia. Costco crusted them for me.

However, there are several good recipes I've used that I've found on the Net. I like tilapia - it's quick to make and since the flavor is so mild, it takes to all kinds of seasonings. And, I bet it'd be great with greens! How about crusted tilapia over a pile of greens tomorrow night? Sounds yummy to me!

Since you are only about 4 or 5 hours away I will leave early and be there about time you finish up work. LOL (You can leave those nails in the keg)
I have been known to eat and run. But I might just bring you a new larger pair of overalls.

I probably won't crust mine. Just a little lemon juice, slap yo momma and throw it on the grill for a few minutes. Add some greens and I will be good to go.

Yep, that sounds good, too. I don't know about the Slap yo Momma (must be a regional thing) but I do heavily spice mine and add some lemon. It's really tasty that way. I'll have to check out this spice thing you're talking about.
