Thanks. It was alway rocky but thought it would work if I moved in. Oh well, What can ya do? I asked my mom for the pics but they are gone. I am hoping to go down there next year to get the land divided. Do you get the zoning guy for that and how much do you think it would cost? I am getting 6 and my brother wants 5.

Building guy at the court house can anwser all your ?'s. If you don't like your job you can always go down there, they have tons of jobs in SC and NC that pay good they are hard jobs but they have them. I know Jacobs in SC pays a $60 a day perdem (just show up to work that day and ya get an extra $60 that day on top of your pay) Good luck.

Just talked to my mom. She says in the deed that I cant put a mobile home on the property (which sucks). It has to have a house built on it. So maybe I can make payments to the contractors? If not maybe I can do half now and half later or build the house then take out a loan or mortgage?
