[new egg guy]

located in Michigan and just starting on the journey, ordered a coop and planning on having a small backyard flock for personal use. i know little to nothing about raising chickens so i'll be depending on y'all for a lot of information.

Uh oh. Can you post a link? 98% of pre-fabs coops are garbage. They are horribly designed for chickens, made from the cheapest wood possible, are viscously undersized for the number of birds they claim they can house and never have enough ventilation.
