Hello, I am from South Carolina, always been a country girl but new at trying to raise and care for chickens, guineas, and geese.
I recently purchased an incubator and trying my hand at incubating guinea eggs as well.

Is that a buff Orpingtons I have three chicks and they're trying to figure out which one is male and female Do the combs give anything away

Yes, he is a buff orpington. Comb development can tell you which are the males, and their color can too. Females are one solid color while males tend to be more two tone. If you post your babies in the what breed or gender forum I'm sure someone can help you out
