Yes, the sickly one started making good eggs with recent addition of the suet, though I’m sure it helped pass some I didn’t find, I can tell they have gained weight in a month, ?

Suet is like, bird seed held together with fat or something, am I right?

All in all, I have heard of much worse diets for chickens. I can't even say anything bad, but I suggest that eventually ( there is no hurry) maybe you check out the feeding section in this forum.

It is better to feed ONLY a complete feed and not so much treats (scratch and suet) especially if they are laying weird eggs. That could mean they are eating too many treats and not getting a complete diet.
