My name is Carolyn and I live in beautiful West Virginia. I was not raised around chickens but got a few a couple years back for my son and fell in love! Unfortunately with neighbors dogs we've lost the majority, I have 2 adult hens 1 barred rock and 1 americauna and 1 rooster. We recently purchased 6 babies and I'm praying they do good. I never would have thought.i would love chickens so much!!!

Just wanted to say I had read about giving yogurt to chickens as a treat and thought it was strange, but I gave some to my chickens today and they were in heaven!!
