Hi! I'm from North Carolina and am entering my second year with my Dominiques. I've visited this site so much I thought I'd better join, plus I'm having trouble finding info on letting hens do their own brooding and need some help.
I have two boys who have decided all "boy chickens should be made into nuggets" after being chased by our lone silver-spangled hamburg repeatedly, and a husband with the local sheriff office. We live on a half-acre paradise of garden, pool, and chickens. Glad to meet you all!
