In the Brooder
Hello,
We live in Michigan and are working on a small hobby farm. Recently, I was looking for a egg-mobile and incubator and ended up with a 6x25ft egg trailer and a Leahy redwood 1344 (w/ auto turners) and 400-500 (assisted manual turners) incubator set. (I was looking for a garden trailer and a sportsman cabinet.)
I feel chicken math and rabbit math may come around to our family at this rate.
We mostly have layers, at the moment. And, certainly do not have anywhere near to ability to run the incubators and trailer to capacity.
We also have market rabbits, some pet rabbits, a couple reptiles, feeder insects, Border collies, two GSDs, a horse, and two russian blue cats.
Perhaps they are over-kill for now, hopefully we grow into the set up!
-Finn
(Side note: an Incubator the size of the large one, will not fit through house doors!)
