Please check out the predator threads for advice on keeping predators out. Silkies as a breed are mighty easy pickins to any predator. If you posted photos of your coop etc. maybe we could give you some advice- you need to make a Fort Knox to protect chickens. Everything loves to eat them, when you get new birds, the raccoons will find them.
