Aww these photos are wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing these. They are all lovely! I wish they stayed that baby chick size forever. One of mines used to come up and snuggle itself into my neck for an afternoon nap! What else do you have? What breed are the black and white ones that you have? :)

These are Molted Houdan's a chicken originally from France
with five toes and a really sweet temperament ....

This is Baby a Gander who was hand raised and had a broken
wing when he was a week old so he was brought inside and
and spent most of his young days sleeping on my son's
shoulders watching the T.V now he has a tendency to walk
in to the shop and get in some T.V time but he only likes
action movies and makes nothing but noise till he gets one ..

And a V-comb, gander!! You forgot to mention the v-comb!! lol I've got a thing for V-combs and have some Houdans myself, love them. <3 ...well, I should mention the ones in the States have V-combs, outsiders have butterfly or cup combs.

And it sounds like that gander has gander007 trained quite well. lol Too cute.

The V-comb on the Houdan ,,,,,,,, well to me it looks more like a starfish attached itself to his head .....

Ya Baby and we really should change his name but anyway gets away with so much more then the others and will be right underfoot and at times difficult to move as he thinks he is special ....

True enough, your guy's comb actually looks pretty decent. Ill get a photo of one of my boys later, his comb is a bit of a mess. More like a buttercup than anything. Not neat at all. Never really likened it to a starfish but now I cant stop thinking that's exactly right.

Well I would like to see what you have as not a lot of people have the Molted Houdan's , and right now I have a hen under the house sitting on a nest of them so I can't wait for her to come out and she has only been under there for a week steadily now ....
