Welcome . Do you have room for a bachelor pad away from the hens? Maybe just keep one too with them....

Yep, if your boys are young, they're getting to the stage where they fight for dominance... though the winner isn't necessarily the best one. Your hens could be in danger of getting overmated, or the younger cockerels could get hurt pretty bad. Separate pens may be the permanent solution unless you get lots more pullets, or possibly just keep 1 or 2 with the flock. Here's a couple articles that may help you decide:

Welcome to the flock! Silkie mixes are the best! I have one and he is one of my favorites! He has tons of personality. Reminds my of a 5 year old child when he has temper tantrums. If I separate him from his ladies or push him away when hes being ruff he will scream and stomp his feet!
