Hi,I was told one of my silkies was a hen. Would you agree?15 weeks old but has been crowing last 2 days with the other rooster/hen who are 12 weeks.

Since you say it is crowing, I think it is a male.

(Mis-sexed chickens are quite common, especially when they are silkies, but hens that crow are quite rare.)
Thank you for reply. She is very hen like looking after the other 2. But the 12 week old rooster had been crowing quite early then she has last 2 days, unsure of the 3rd one I have think she is a hen and we had 2 roosters. I will upload better pictures later. Appreciate your help all. Xx

I agree with you that the one female and the one male are clear, but the one in between is just not obvious either way. The appearance has me stumped, so I would fall back on the crowing: males crow, females usually do not. So probably male.
 
Thank you, I know we was torn and it confused us because she (now he which we think) hadn't crowed up until now 🤔xx
