Welcome. I have two australorps in my flock. One is the lead hen, but both are docile, sweet and just really nice to have in the flock. And they lay really big eggs.

For an actual introduction bc I forgot to do that: hi, I'm Soren, I use they/them or he/him pronouns! I'm an artist, plushmaker, and avid reader and I'm starting to get into chickens . I'm planning a flock of 3 or 4 australorp hens in either blue or black. I'm very excited to learn more and get to know you all!

Australorps are fun to keep. Affectionate, curious, they are quite hardy, healthy and live long lives. They will follow you around like drooling puppies.
