I'm new here today and the timing couldn't be better, 2 bantam chicks have just hatched
I'm based in Central Portugal but British. Working full time and looking after 2 cats, 3 geese, 2 muscovy ducks and 3 chickens, a rooster and 2 hens, bantams.
There are 6 more under the 2 hens which I will candle tomorrow, but need to know, whats the best water feeder for tiny chicks? Just a small shallow bowl? I don't want them to drown.
These are the first chicks for me, all my 8 birds are adults so looking for some advice, TIA

Welcome. Agree with @N F C. Also, regarding heat, use radiant and make sure they have enough room to get away from it if they are too hot.

I've got 8 chicks now and loving watching them grow.. they've just started venturing out into the main field with their moms but I'm keeping a close eye on them
