I'm from Fairbanks Alaska. I'm new to chickens, just got them the first week in May, 6 Chanteclers and 4 Buff Orpingtons. I've been reading BYC and checking out the coop design pages for a couple of years, just never registered.

Thanks folks, I'm glad to be here and grateful/relieved that I finished my coop in the barn and moved the chickens in!

I'm new too, I have been reading for a couple weeks and realized my season was ending and I had to jump now or wait till spring.... so I jumped.
Started building the coup and finished just before the girls arrived!!
