Falkirk led Star to an instrument that looked similar to a piano. But slightly different. It had three colors for it's keys. He helped her set on the bench. He then sat beside her. He looked down at the keys and gathered himself. Then started playing the music to the lullaby that Star had hummed. He started to softly sing the words to her.

Graydon eyes lit up again. "Really?! Oh, this day just keeps getting better and better!" He said with enthusiasm.

Nektar stepped closer and folded Angela into his arms. "He was looking out for you. He didn't want you to see his decline. That was a brave and noble thing he did. If that is indeed the case. He must have loved you very much. No matter the outcome, always remember that." He whispered quietly to her.

Zypher played with the ends of Anna's hair. He'd wrap it around his finger and give it a playful tug. He had the look of innocence on his face, while he did it, too.

Bertram looked back at Jackie and said, "It would seem I'm at a loss as to what to do with myself, ma'am. I don't really fit in here. I'm not a soldier. I have been forced to kill, but I never enjoyed it. " He looked down at the floor, ashamed.

Star sat where he indicated, listening quietly. When he started singing, her gaze flew to meet his, surprise then appreciation in her eyes. She listened to the song and smiled, not even noticing a tear that escaped. She was just that happy to hear it again.

Kyra grinned then chuckled lightly "I wouldn't be surprised if they have a nest near here, though they are really hard to see. We can grow more flowers that will bring in hummingbirds and butterflies to watch

Angela closed her eyes, savoring his closeness but still sad "But he would be alone, with no one to help him." She said quietly. She hoped she was wrong, but it didn't feel that way.

Anna looked to him and raised an eyebrow at his playful tug on her hair. She leaned closer to him and took his hand in hers, bringing it to her lips as if she was going to kiss it only to give him a light nip instead.

Jason drove to the meeting place and parked, looking around for their father. The parking lot they were in wasn't deserted, but it wasn't very active either, just enough traffic that they wouldn't be out of place.

"Soldiers are good to have, but they are not the only role there is. What are you good at, or like to do?" Jackie asked kindly.

As soon as she stepped through, the mirror shut the portal and left them alone. Jackdaw looked around. It had changed quite a lot. But it was still a beautiful place. He looked out over the ocean and enjoyed the awesome power of the waves.

With Zia's help, they got done pretty quickly. "Alright, Missy. Were to now? You did say something about finding a bigger den. Is that still on the agenda? " Degan asked.

"Then climb on and lets get going. I think I need a nap. " She complained slightly.

"Whoa...." Dawn said, turning her gaze to where Jackdaw was looking "where are we?"

"I want a dragon." She said looking at him. "And a really big den."

Dust jumped onto her back and flopped down with his legs hanging limply. He didn't have the energy to change so he stayed a Warg. With they way he was sitting, he almost looked like a saddle.

Aaran stopped talking and followed her.

Taylor glared at him,"I'm a pussycat who could bite your head off so be very careful."

Kristen shook her head passionately,"Orson, you are the handsomest person I know, and I'm not just saying that. It's just that outside you look younger in a weird way."

Elina stopped at the end of the magic trail. She tried to open a portal but it didn't work. She frowned and tried again, still nothing. She growled her frustration. She reached out Racine trying to locate him.

Enoch asked, "Princess, what is the matter?"

Elina admitted, "The portal is blocked. I can't open it." She gasped slightly, before she moved in a different direction. "He's not in Menagerie anymore. We must hurry, Racine's very weak." She said softly.

"Younger in a weird way? Thanks, I think. " Orson said softly.

"We are on the far side of Anstopfia. It is a vast world and this ocean takes up a third of it. Shall we shift and run to the beach? " Jackdaw asked hopefully.

Degan laughed loudly. "If you got a dragon, you'd need a really, really large den." He said with humor.

Aeval spread her wings and launched off the top of the mountain. She glided on the up draft. It felt good to travel with little effort. She eventually started her decent to land in the river. She then settled into the cool water that only came up halfway on her side. She eagerly drank with her sisters. Ena soon turned to watch Dust. She made a soft sound of contentment.

It wasn't long before another van pulled up with Don't and a few wolves pulled up. Son got out and came over as Anna turned to open her door.

Jackie nodded and reached over to touch his arm gently. "Give yourself time, you are free once again. You can find out things like that again." She said encouragingly

Aaran frowned, worried. Why was the king so weak? He went and stood beside Elina to be useful when the portal opened.

Kristen laughed,"I mean you act younger and you look more relaxed. You aren't thinking hard about anything serious, and it makes me feel relaxed too."
