Astrid began to feel uneasy. She ran to Raine. "What's going on?"

"Ok!" Liana said, accepting the challenge. She jumped as high as she could, trying to keep her balance.

Sonora was able to hold back from laughing, but she took chuckled.

Raine glanced over at Astrid, then looked back and said, "I don't know. What do you think it is? "

Carrow looked at Buchanan and said,"Now that was almost to the moon and back. Who knew she could jump that high."

Keira took the remote an turned on the TV. She flicked through the channels looking for something interesting.

A few hours later Vorsicht woke up. Her stomach rumbled loudly, so she went to search for some food. She had barely eaten all day. Avenir slept in a tree, glowing like a torch.

Anna and Jason looked to eachother then back to the two, both holding back smiles, they could guess what that meant. They would have a second vehicle.

Angela shook her head and refused to meet her eyes. "The closest I came to having someone care for me was finding that human girl that took me to her home, but then she disappeared and I got caught the first time. When the wolves freed me, I went back, but the girl was still gone and then I got taken this time"

Star stopped in front of him and touched his cheek before she could help herself. "Why do humans do this? I have felt that but I do not understand it." She said then stepped back and turned away "In my true form I have more strength than a horse ever could,  wings to give me flight and my horn to protect myself when flight doesn't work. My power is just that, the witch is the one who gave us the ability to shift to human forms, because she was lonely in her exile, now even that will be gone." 

"I hate you! Let's not forget, I've seen what you do to a fine piece of machinery. Uh, let make a bomb out of it. My beautiful Eleanor, better come back in one piece." He said almost sick.

Zypher growled happily. Then looked to Jason and said, "Problem solved."

Arran listened intently. But when she said wolves, that truly amazed her. She didn't know much about shifter wolves, but she knew that the actual ones, we're fiercely loyal to their pack.

Ericsson blush deepened. "It a response to something that causes the blood vessels to become more visible through the skin." He explained. He'd decided to go with clinical, totally leaving off the why. He listened to her voice as she talked. Completely forgetting to concentrate. He began to get entranced, for she pulled him into thrall. He could only watch her, in wide-eyed wonderment and completely at her mercy.

"Were you there when Jenkins caught me the first time? I'm surprised he still had his job after that." Rio asked.

"No, they had me in a different department. That shooting on the roof really messed things up around here. Let's just say, there's a lot of promoting going around. They pulled me off of surveillance and made me a guard. So here I am.

Sands frowned confused. "I thought you knew. You knew all about Jenkins." He stated.

Sands chuckled softly, then said, "Jenkins lead two units into a slaughter. So if Jenkins didn't make it, the just Tomas and myself, are the sole survivors."

( They didn't leave, they just sat back down. )
Markus nodded and walked into the kitchen. The went to the large frigerator and rummaged around until he found some steaks. He then grabbed two bottles of water and a sandwich. He took a short cut through the kitchen, to get to the hallway where his office was. He glanced back again to make sure she was still with him.

Dawn followed, but at a much slower pace. The temptation to run was strong, but she resisted. Her heart raced at the mere thought of it. She tried to rid the thought by counting how many steps it took to get to their destination.
