Zia smiled. "That's more like it." she said cheerfully.

"Walk. I owe you anyway." Dust said before shifting. 

Jackdaw grunted, "Nonsense! You are Great Pyrenees! Why are you great, if you can not scent them out. You know I cannot shift." He said with conviction.

Degan couldn't help but to smile. "I'm glad you approve." He guided them to the portal.

Aurelius sighed in relief as well. She stepped through the portal and waited for him and Zia.

Aeval quickly climbed up on his back. She whispered in his ear, "Owe me for what, getting us caught. Just let me know when the stoning is to happen, so I can call in sick that day." She teased him.

Aaran nodded, blushing,"I don't want to be her weakness. Part of the reason why I want to become a warrior is so I can protect her."

Taylor blushed,"If you keep talking like that I'm going to get distracted!!" She turned away so she could focus.

Kristen took it and flicked off the safety.

Racine nodded and called back. "Learn fast and hard. Prove yourself worthy of her. But until that time, let her help keeping you safe. Don't let foolish pride, be your downfall. I like you." He then walked into the cave. He saw a nervous Elina standing Just in side the cave mouth. He chuckled softly at her. "I didn't hurt him. I promoted him to warrior. That's the best I can do, for now." He looked at her in silence for a long moment. He then stepped forward and kissed her on her forehead. "I love you, my darling half-sister. Gaurd him well, until he masters his powers. Goodnight." Racine then moved to leave.

"Thank you, my beloved brother." She said softly, then went to go to Aaran again.

Nashton sighed deeply. "You say that, like that's a bad thing."

Orson asked Jackie, "Do we close the portal or leave it open? "

Aaran nodded thankfully to Racine before turning back to Elina. He couldn't help himself, he ran over to her and gave her a hug,"I'm a warrior." He whispered in her ear,"And he likes me."

Taylor sighed in return then blushed,"Maybe not but if you would just wait a little bit longer it would all be worth it."

Kristen listened ready to follow Orson.

Graydon looked down embarrassed. "I would not know. All my life, I have lived in a cage with only hay as bedding, a water bowl and food. But if you draw a picture, I could find it for you." He promised.

Qdoba smiled kindly as she shut the doors again. She then walked to the tub to turn on the water. She found the herbal salt and added it to the warm water. The steam fill the air with a mild wintergreen aroma. "This is one of my all time favorites. " She admitted openly.

Ericsson looked down at her well deserved slumber. He smiled sweetly at her peacefulness. He then returned to watching the movie.

When Zypher finished with the briefing, he looked to Don for orders.

Cadeon stood quietly and listened to Zypher talk. His heart was going a mile a minute.

Orson asked Jackie, "Do we close the portal or leave it open? "

Ashton didn't say anything more. She didn't want to get her hopes up. Not by the way her mother was acting. She instead wrapped her arm around her shoulders. In a comforting way.

Kyra looked down a little then went over to him to hug him "Something else we can learn together. The only thing I really know about is cooking pots, but I was talking about things like places to sit, bed places and things like that"

"That does smell good" Starr said as she got ready then got into the warm water. "I am glad you are here to help me Qdoba" She said softly

Rosie curled up close then raised her head to look at him after a while "How do you like the movie?" She asked quietly.

"If they haven't broken through yet, then we can use the closest rooms and hallways to fight from" Don said and looked to his wolves then around at the other shifters there "Let's go"

"Once they are through the other portal, close them. Keeping them open will only drain your energy and possibly lead Marcus right to them again if he somehow gets behind us." Aurora said and looked at Orson "If we have to, we can open another portal."

Estelle took that comfort, looking around once they passed through the other portal to see a cottage nearby.

He spread his arms apart to prove his point,"He doesn't seem like such a bad guy after all. He took me kissing you behind his back surprisingly well!"

Nisha came up behind her,"I'm coming too!"

Taylor flinched,"Don't scare me like that!! Go back now!"

Nisha frowned stubbornly,"Ha ha, no thank you. You want me to leave you two alone after that conversation?"

"You don't even know how to shoot a stupid gun!" Taylor hissed,"There isn't time to argue! The last thing I want is for you to get stuck here! Now go!"

Nisha sighed dramatically,"Fine, fine."

Taylor left with Nashton but as soon as they left, Nisha crept out the door after them.

Kyra looked down a little then went over to him to hug him "Something else we can learn together. The only thing I really know about is cooking pots, but I was talking about things like places to sit, bed places and things like that"

"That does smell good" Star said as she got ready then got into the warm water. "I am glad you are here to help me Qdoba" She said softly

Rosie curled up close then raised her head to look at him after a while "How do you like the movie?" She asked quietly.

Qdoba bowed her head and said, "As I'm an glad to be of assistance to you, Princess Star." She then moved to start undoing Star's hair, as she relaxed in her bath.

Ericsson grinned down at her. " It is quite good. Thank you for your recommendation." He said with enthusiasm.

Zypher filed in with the others. As the door was thrown opened wide. He charged out and got into a defensive position, to offer cover fire for those not yet clear of the door. Upon not seeing any movement, he advanced down the hallway a little bit further. Gun at the ready.

Cadeon slipped out into the hallway and slowly followed some of Don's wolves. He glanced back at Ember and refocused on the job at hand.

Ashton looked around the area. It was beautiful. The house was so lovely and welcoming.

Bertram listened to the long forgotten sounds of the forest. He breathed deeply to take in the fragrant air. He looked to Estelle and smiled. "We're free, what a great place to live." He said with awe.

Aaran smiled and let her go gently,"I didn't really even know if I would come back in one piece, but look! All of my limbs are attached and unharmed!" He spread his arms apart to prove his point,"He doesn't seem like such a bad guy after all. He took me kissing you behind his back surprisingly well!"

Nisha came up behind her,"I'm coming too!"

Taylor flinched,"Don't scare me like that!! Go back now!"

Nisha frowned stubbornly,"Ha ha, no thank you. You want me to leave you two alone after that conversation?"

"You don't even know how to shoot a stupid gun!" Taylor hissed,"There isn't time to argue! The last thing I want is for you to get stuck here! Now go!"

Nisha sighed dramatically,"Fine, fine."

Taylor left with Nashton but as soon as they left, Nisha crept out the door after them.

Kristen cocked her gun and waited by the door. She would guard the portal with Orson.

Elina just shook her head. "Aaran, king Racine lives up to his threats. Do not think him soft for liking you. You would be gravely mistaken. Even I, have received his punishments." She said softly. But then she got a cross look on her face, as she stated, "And for the record, Aaron, you did not kiss me behind his back. He has no claim on me. No one has, not now, not ever."

Nashton rolled his eyes at Nisha. He enjoyed Taylor bossing her, though. He cautiously moved down the hallway. Pausing here and there, like the wolves.

Orson closed the far end of the portal and stepped out into the room again. After a moment he shut that portal as well. He looked over at Kristen and nodded his gratitude for her help.

"Oh, yes, and I can show you the door so you can recognize it from below too" She said and turned to go to the door

Star smiled, pleased that the others were happy enough here. Her thoughts again turned to the prince and Falkirk. If she were given the choice right then, she would chose Falkirk simply because of how he had treated her so far.

Rosie smiled again then sat up, looking to the screen "Your welcome" She said then got up to clear the dishes so she could take them to the kitchen and get supper ready

Anna and the others moved down the hallway, a few going to check rooms and make certain no one was hiding anywhere, be they worker or captive. Anna and Don stopped when they reached the barrier then looked at it then beyond it to the chained door.

Ember stayed close to the back, knowing she was not the best with guns. If needed, she would shift and attack in Phoenix form.

Estelle looked around the place curiously "Are we supposed to wait in that house?" She asked, looking to it then to Ashton and Bertram.

Nisha smiled apologetically and shrugged. She knew Taylor wouldn't risk the mission to take her back.

Qdoba noticed that Star was distant and in her own thoughts. So she stayed silent, so that she wouldn't interrupt her. The servants had heard what had happened last night. Qdoba truly felt that was one of the benefits of being a servant. They didn't have their whole lives mapped out, they just lived. She felt terrible about what Star was going through and not even a whole day back. Qdoba got the urn and started washing Star's beautiful hair. Working the rich whipped oils into the silken strands and then rinsed them clean afterwards. When Qdoba finished, she bound them up into a bun, so they were free of the bath water. She then took the sponge and started bathing Star.

Ericsson watched Rosie go and felt guilty about her having to wait on him again. But he wasn't going to make a pest of himself. So he stretched out a little on the couch and returned to watching the movie.

Zypher frowned at the still intact chains. He said aloud, "I don't like it. Where is everyone?" He thought a moment and looked to Anna. "They must be waiting for us. They would figure, we got free, but we need to go that way to get out. So why come get us, when you could take the high ground, so to speak, and take us out at their leisure." He smiled widely and continued, "But they won't expect our current numbers or that we have serious firepower. It might even the odds a bit."

Cadeon grinned at that but frowned, "Or they could be gearing up to gas us. That's more up Markus's alley.

Ashton looked around at the others. "I'm not sure. She didn't say we could or couldn't go in. Maybe someone is home to let us in." She said softly.

Bertram held Estelle's hand gently and started for the house. "I don't see what difference it makes. We can't stay out here in the open. " He explained to her.
