Starr nodded then shrugged at his explanation. She hoped that was all it was, though she felt safe enough even when he was acting crazed.When they reached the door, she looked to the guards then came to knock on the door

Kyra nodded and laughed with him, glad to not be alone in that. She could have a strange sense of humor at times, different things making her laugh than did for other people, but she didn't mind

Jackie gasped softly then closed her eyes to get the most feeling from the kiss. She had been waiting for it and was glad he had taken the step with her. She smiled at him when he stopped

"Me either' Kristen agreed as she groomed him. "I love you Orson" She added with a twirl and a smile.

"Yeah, should we go in there, or speculate as to what happened this time?" Ember asked curiously, honestly wanting to know the report.

Estelle and Elle shared a look then Estelle started speaking. "Well, we were just starting to learn to use fire. We had the flame, but out job was to make it hold steady, even in a wind. We did alright for a while, then we got distracted and the flame spread everywhere around us"

Rosie laughed "But I am the wolf, though not big or bad" She teased back through the door.She laughed and looked around to find a place to hide.

Skylar frowned and looked to the windows then sighed "I don't suppose you are any good at tracking, are you?" She asked curiously

"It would have broken our side of the oath" Don said, looking to Markus at his words. "If they were written down, then they wouldn't be heard or learned." He said with pride. "There is something lost when it is written, it is no longer something intangible and fun to learn, it becomes tedious and no one wants to learn it."

Anna nodded as she got in and buckled. "Yes, Jackie. She wasn't home when I got through"

Falkirk bobbed his head to the two Sylphs, as he waited holding the plate as Star knocked.

Spyro looked to the door at the knock. The Sylphs informed him who it was. He looked over at Jackdaw with a warning.

Jackdaw sighed as he looked up from his book. "I have no interest in leaving. So worry not." He replied plainly.

Spyro answered the door with a bow. "Princess Star and Falkirk, what can I do for you?" He asked respectfully.

Jackdaw stood up at Star's name and turned towards the door.

Graydon wiped his eyes to get the tears of happiness out. "Wow, I haven't laughed that hard in a while. " He said breathlessly.

Bertram returned her smile and spoke in hushed tones, to not disturb the quiet overly much. "Do you know how hard it is to want to kiss you so much and not think about it all the time? I refused to embarrass you with Knowing my obsession." He looked to her lips with a burning passion in his eyes. He moaned mentally, before looking to her eyes. "As beautiful as this cave is, you are far more exquisite, Jackie." He said with utmost sincerity.

Aeval glanced to Estelle and said, "That must have been frightening. I hope you got it under control."

Pandora stated teasingly, "Well, she's still here, so I guess they did. "

Ericsson pursed his lips in thought and said, "Well thanks for ruining it for everyone else. Now my secret is going to get out." He said with mocked disappointed as he continued to follow after her.

Jaxon blushed slightly and said, "I'll give it a try. I honestly don't know. My skills are in other areas. But I'm part goblin, so it shouldn't be too hard. "

"Something is lost when it's written? Well, it's completely gone now, that it wasn't. But that's just my view of it. Well have to find another way." Markus stated as he looked out the window again.

Zypher climbed into the driver's seat and buckled up. "That's not good. Where could she had gone?" He asked as he started the trunk. "And should we head out there?" He added as he put it in gear.

Star smiled at Spyro when she saw him "We were wondering if we could talk to Jackdaw and we brought him something to eat" She said gently.

Kyra wiped at her own eyes then looked back to Graydon then away to catch her own breath.

Jackie blushed, smiling happily at him "As hard as I have been thinking that you might be the one for me, yet not saying anything so that I wouldn't influence you?" She asked, using their bond so her words wouldn't echo in the cave. She was distracted by a flash of light in the water, a thing she had set up when she was young to know when she was being called while in the cave.

Kristen chuckled through their link "Literally, since fate made me an oilin to stand beside you" She thought to him happily.

Ember chuckled softly at his joke then sighed and stood up so that he could get up also. "I suppose we should go in and find out what it is this time" She said quietly.

Estelle shook her head and looked ahead "I was too scared, mom had to put the fire out for me. It took a while to try it again" She replied honestly.

"We did get the hang of it eventually" Elle added in "It just took more practice than water did"

Rosie went to hide in the closet before he could get in the room with her. She tried not to laugh at his last comment so she wouldn't give her location away.

Skylar nodded then frowned and looked to the kitchen "I guess we can start in the kitchen, it's the last place I knew her to be" She said thoughtfully then glanced to Bob then the door "We can let Ember and Cadeon know so they can be in here with Bob"

"Lost in translation" Don said then looked at them then to the phone, sending a text to ask the orphan lorekeeper about the story if she knew it.

Anna frowned at that then looked to the phone "We have to swing by the house, Angela, the young dove, may know something that wasn't in the stories they told us," She said and looked to Zypher then back to the phone. "What they told us were the story versions, not always the full true versions. That is one reason they were advisers to the pack and to be protected."

(I've decided to rejoin, and make a different version of the dark unicorn I made before, that's actually really mean.

)

Name: Vorsicht
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
History: Vorsicht was abandoned by her herd when she was born due to being a dark unicorn, and instead of her dying a group of mermaids that lived in a river decided to raise her, though not very kindly. They weren't fans of the unicorns, so they allowed Vorsicht to grow up loathing them and even fighting with a few in her teenage years. She tries to take the horns of unicorns, to remove their pride, and when she's not hunting unicorns she's either near a river or attempting to hunt humans for her and the mermaids.
Over many years all that's happened was people made childrens' stories about her, and no one actually believes she exists.
Personality: Vorsicht is cold hearted, doesn't like helping others, and loathes most mythical creatures. If you can end up being beneficial to her, Vorsicht could befriend you, or pretend to.
True Form: (An animal) Vorsicht is a dark winged unicorn. She has the body and size of a Clydesdale, and her entire body is pure black. She has sharp teeth, her front hooves are actually huge wolf paws, and her eyes are blood red with no pupils.
Vorsicht has a very sharp and long horn that resembles glass, but it's extremely strong and she uses it only to hunt. Her feathered wings also look like glass, but of course she can move them around or else they'd be useless.
Unlike most unicorns, Vorsicht can live forever unless she's poisoned or injured enough to kill a regular Clydesdale.
Picture/Description: Vorsicht has pale skin and jet black hair that goes to her hips. Her eyes are blood red, and she still has her wings but she covers them by wearing a black dress. Vorsicht has sharp teeth, high cheekbones, and her facial expression is usually either judgmental and uninterested or amused.
Vorsicht still has that certain magical and pure aura that unicorns have, but seeing her defiantly isn't comforting at all to most.

Spyro straightened and looked to Jackdaw, then back at Star curiously. "But of course, that would be fine. I'm sure he'll be thankful for both food and company." He said with respect, as he stepped out of the door to allow them to enter.

Jackdaw bowed to Star. "Princess, you grace me with your presence." He looked up to Falkirk and bobbed his head. "Just as your kindness is greatly appreciated. I lamented not eating before I revealed myself." He said with mild humor.

Graydon grinned uncontrollably. "Why is it when you get the giggles, you can't stop?" He asked.

"Touche, we are of like minds in that. But..." He stopped as the flash caught his attention as well. "What is that? " Bertram asked Jackie, seeing she wasn't alarmed.

Orson laughed in her mind and said, "It's good to have connections. Something up there loves us, because there id definitely divine intervention. Now, enough talk, more action. You are an Oilin in training. " He rubbed neck and twirled deeply before he took off. "Let's test you tracking abilities. No peeking! " He replied playfully.

Cadeon sighed softly as he stood to follow Ember inside.

Aeval and her sisters listened. Then Aeval said, "Well, that's still very good for your first time. I'm sure it was scary. The first time with my acid, I was all alone. I didn't understand what was happening. I just learned through trial and error. You have a wonderful mother and a loving sister. It warms our heart to be included with her teachings. " Pandora and Ena nodded their agreement with her.

Ericsson was having so much fun. He opened the bedroom door and preceeded to sniff around extremely loud. "Hum, where did Red Ridding hood go?" He looked under the bed, in the master bathroom. He then walked over to the closest and sniffed loudly again. Thinking of another wolf based fairy-tale. "Open this door, or I'll huff and puff and blow this door down. " He stated matter-of-factly.

Jaxon turned to go to the door but Ember was already coming in. So he smiled in greeting. "I was just coming to get you." He explained simply.

"So aren't oral histories. Memory is fallible." Markus whispered to the window. He was running scenarios through his mind. None were favorable.

Zypher turned onto the highway to head back to the penthouse. "This day just keeps getting better and better." He stated as he sped through traffic.
