"Aurora is pretty savvy on most things. The myths state they are invisible. But that son of a gun, was wearing fresh mub. That has Aurora all over it." Zypher said with appreciation. He then saw Ember fly in and land. Then Jason headed over to speak with her. "What do you think that's about? " He asked quietly.

Bertram was relieved to see Ember safe. Walked over to Jackie and said mentally, "How are you holding up? You were far to brave flying into sniper fire like that. Even as a gargoyle. I held my breath the whole time." He brushed her arm with an index finger. Both satisfying his urge to touch Jackie and his need to comfort her.

Jaxon looked out to see the blue phoenix.

Haden snarled at the unexpected snatched and grab. But despite his efforts, she'd found his one safe spot.

Aeval flew ahead and formed a large cylinder with high walls. That way he could flee when Aurora used the sea water.

Aurelius smiled and nodded, "I see that. Oops, I mean I hear that." She said with humor.

Falkirk smiled proudly and said, "Soon, I hope you'll feel the other way. "

Jackdaw straightened and bowed his head to them and said, as he raised it. "I look forward to that. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of unfinished business to attend to. Prince Falkirk, Princess Star."

Racine smiled pleasantly at her teasing. It was unexpected and very welcomed. "You are entirely welcome. I shall refrain from boring you into slumber. I must admit, I'm not well versed in monologues and I enjoy your company to much to chance." He chucked deeply. He was fast becoming quite smitten with this female.

Aaron evolved a pearl of laughter from her. "Aaran, I love you beyond measure. You are gifted with seeing only the plus side of things. I find it amazingly wonderful, just like you make me feel." Throwing caution to the wind, She stood on tiptoes to kiss his cheek.

(Ember landed near them, Jason has to walk back over, lol)
Anna nodded then looked to Ember "We saw it, Aurora covered it in mud to make it visible" She said to Ember then looked to Jason as he loped back over to them.

Ember nodded and looked to the opening "I will get started on that then, we cannot leave that giant body there." She said then looked from one alpha to the other "I am sorry about your father"

Jackie looked to Bertram and returned to her human form so she could hug him without hurting him. "Bullets don't do as much damage to stone skin, but I was still scared. It was needed though, and faster than remembering a spell

Aurora flew to the sea as quickly as she was able with the added weight, dropping into the waves once they arrived. She wouldn't give him a change to harm the others or even to find her daughters.

Danika giggled again, liking this woman more. "I hope we can go to the beach soon. It's a far run, but fun to go there." She said happily and changed shells, then a moment later picked up another so that she had one over each ear.

Star smiled at him and nodded "Of course, you have a lot to catch up on. Prince Jackdaw" She said then looked to Falkirk and moved closer to take his arm

Sorcha chuckled and glanced around them then back to him "I do believe we have been left behind. Shall we go find our seats?" She said, meeting his eyes briefly.

Aaron grinned happily at her show of affection in front of others. He was glad he could make her feel better even with this place that held bad memories for her. "I love you too." He said with sincerity. After a moment or two, he noticed movement and glanced over "I think the queen is waiting on us"

Zypher looked to the twins soberly. He wished that Don could have been saved. It made him feel guilty for his second chance when so many others had parished.

Aeval landed on the beach and watched from a distance.

Haden wailed in horror as he was plunged into the salty water. He couldn't swim and the salt ate at his skin. It was used to keep demons away.

Aurelius sighed softly as she stopped giggling long enough to give he cheeks and tummy a break. She ran her fingers across the smooth shell. She picked it up and turned it over. She was surprised by the difference. "This one is so different from the others." She ran her fingers crossed the ripped line. "How can they all be so different and come from the sea?" She marveled aloud.

Falkirk smiled happily after Jackdaw for a moment, before looking to Star lovingly. He stated as he began leading her through the crowd. "It seems there is much change on the herizon. Two kingdoms and for the first time, no impending threat of war."

Racine met her brief gaze and said, "I seem not to mind the neglect. But of course, we shouldn't hold up the feast." He started walking with her again. He could still felt the tingling in his fingers from the sharing. He smiled softly at the foreign feeling.

Avalon stood patiently by the head table speaking with several royals. She'd altered the seating arrangements after the latest developments. She'd order Elina and Aaran to be seated to her left. While Racine had the seat to her right. She spoke to the servers mentally expressing her last minute desires, as they filled glasses with fermented nectar, water and fruited tea. Seeing that Elina and Aaran had arrived, she excused herself to walk over to them. "Welcome back to Anstopfia, sister of mine. She dipped her head is greeting.

Elina glanced to Aaran nervously, then curtsied deeply in respect of the queen. "Thank you, highness. It is good to be back. "

Anna and Jason watched Ember go out to burn the giant's body then both looked to Zypher and Kristen. Anna moved over to return to Zypher's side, glad to have him there and close to her again. "Are we done here for now then?" She asked quietly

Jackie smiled and held on to him then sighed and looked around "We are not done yet, there is more to finish here."

Aurora landed in the water, watching Hayden. "You are after our friends, why?" She had to try communicating, she couldn't just kill without trying. She gave him a bubble to get out of the water on so he could answer, while a single step in any direction would have him back in the salt water

Danika set her shells down, looking at her then at the shells "I don't know, maybe the creatures that made them are as different as we are one from another?"

"That is good though, to live in peace, even if it is only temporary. " Starr said then smiled at him. "And the other changes can be a good thing too, whatever they happen to be." She hoped so anyway. She thought they deserved peace.

Sorcha walked in with Racine, glancing around at the people gathered there. She had closed her hand around the sleight tingle as if to hold it longer though she didn't seem to notice she had.

Nashton and Taylor were gathering guns and other evidence of a battle on the field.

Aeval dismantled the sand cylinder, only to become concerned for Aurora. The Hades Hound and her had both disappeared from sight. She called out to her, "Aurora! Where are you?!"

Castiel stood aginst the wall behind the head table and watched the gathering silently. He caught sight of Spyro and focused upon him for a time. That's when he heard a voice beside him. "Go talk to him. It's a day of forgiveness. Perhaps he to will grant you his." Castiel started at Ender's sudden appearance. "That wound is to old and far too deep for his forgiveness." Castiel admitted as he pulled his scrutiny away from Spyro, to focus on his brother. Ender shrugged and looked out at the dining hall. Not wanting to press the matter. Castiel studied him intensely for a moment before looking away in shame.

As they walked along the head table, Racine stopped at Sorcha's place setting. It would be diagonally from his own, if he Kew where he was to be seated. "It seems you are here, Princess. I wonder where my sister has placed me?" He said with almost regret at not having an excuse to spend more time with Sorcha.

Avalon observed their closeness with happiness. "I had assumed you were a couple and have arranged your seating accordingly. We all have so much to catch up on. I do so hope you choose to stay here at the castle for a time. Life in a tent is not befitting for a prin...I mean Lady. Your earth titles shall take me some time to get used to." She said politely.

Elina smiled softly and nodded, " Yes, I suppose we could stay for a while. I'll welcome you hospitality, Majesty. You have guessed right, Aaran's my intended." She explained, hoping Aaran didn't get upset with her for saying that.

"How enduring! An earth, fey match. I don't believe that has ever happened before. " Avalon said excitedly as she smiled genuinely between them.

Anna shrugged and looked out the portal "We have to finish picking up the guns, get the vehicles that were brought and be sure they don't have trackers on them now. then go home and see if our little surprise is working because we are bringing that backstabbing man down"

Kristen turned to Orson and hugged him close, glad he hadn't been hurt in all of this.

Jason nodded and called some of the wolves over so they could leave and go check on the vehicles while sending others to help clear the field of weapons.

Sorcha thanked him and took her seat then glanced around, calling a server over to show the king to his seat. She hoped it was close then looked to her drink, focusing on it instead of that thought.

Aaron smiled and bowed to her then looked back to Elina "Shall we take our seats then ladies?" He asked charmingly, ready to help both to their seats, especially since he saw king Racine there already.

Anna shrugged and looked out the portal "We have to finish picking up the guns, get the vehicles that were brought and be sure they don't have trackers on them now. then go home and see if our little surprise is working because we are bringing that backstabbing man down"

Keira helped with the tracking detection. She walked around one of the vehicles. When she found one, she disabled it and moved on to the next.

Aurelius looked to the cave opening and noted the passing of the sun."I should probably be heading back anyway. You've been so nice. Thank you for showing me your home and talking with me. I hope to see you again sometime." She said as she stood up.

Falkirk smiled at the few that has settled down around them. He made introduction to the few who had met Star already.

Racine was delighted that his seat was across from Sorcha. He took his seat and smiled pleasantly over at her. "We meet again. " He said with humor.

Avalon glanced around and nodded. "Oh yes, of course. Thank you Aaran." She turned to lead the way.

Elina took Aaran's arm and smiled up at him, " I can't wait to see if you like the food of my home realm. Sure, you already had some, but nothing like this." She said as they walked.

Anna touched her marking then sighed and shook her head before heading out to help. Cleanup didn't take as long as the fire and soon all parties were ready to go, just needing a way out of the area.

Kristen twirled back to him "Well, I think it helps that I can see your mind as you do the spells, it shows me exactly what to do with them and how to get to the magic." She said thoughtfully

Aurora sighed when the hound chose to fight and die rather than to talk. It saddened her that she couldn't turn him around, though she headed for shore and Aeval. Keeping water between her and the hound had been enough to stop that last blow though

Danika looked to her and held out her hand as if to stop her "It's not safe alone." She said as if she was the one with foresight, though she wasn't. "The dark is not safe alone."

Star smiled and chatted with them, though she was more focused on Falkirk than anyone else, she did try to show more interest in the others around them.

Sorcha chuckled and dipped her head in a nod "So we do, fancy that" She replied with good humor.

Aaron smiled and leaned close to kiss her temple "I am sure I will, I seem to like everything about you, even your home realm and it's foods." He said happily.

Zypher came over to Anna and looked at her with concern, " Are you going to tell Jason about this?" He asked quietly as he indicated her marking

Orson saw the truth of that statement. He'd lost his parents early. So he'd had to learn through instinct and error. " You are so clever, Kristen.

Vaughan watched from a short distance as the Aurora let the creature slip under. When she headed towards the shore, he made his move, he slipped up
under the still form and moved him to the shallows. He didn't understand why the blue dragon left him for dead. He went as far as he could in his hippocampus form, then shifted to his human self. Once ashore, he listened quietly for a heart beat. Which he had a steady one, he was about to slap it awake, when it's eyes shot opened and it scared skin turned invisible. Vaughan fell back in astonishment. "What are you?" He asked curiously. But the creature didn't answer, it just walked away slowly. The wet sand showing his path.

Aeval rushed over to Aurora as she came to shore. "That was unlike anything I've ever seen. I'm glad you didn't get hurt. " Pandora said in a rush.

Ena stated, "It's not over. We have a problem with interfering. That sea horse just catch and released it." She pointed with her nose down the beach.

Aurelius paused at her words. She knelt back down and sat on her legs. She frowned inwardly at her words, but asked gently, " What makes you think that? Have you been attacked in the dark? " She was very curious as to the answer. She really wanted to help this girl.

Falkirk found this social interaction was far better with Star by his side. He'd always been standoffish, but she made him want to be a functional part of the court. For she was so open with every one and seemed to be entirely in her element. He wished he had her easy charm with his fellow royals.

Racine grinned widely in merriment at Sorcha's pleasant humor. He then glanced over as Avalon, Aaran and Elina came to take their seats. He quickly stood and pulled out queen Avalon's chair. "Allow me, Queen Avalon. " He said with respect.

Avalon bobbed her head in thanks, as she sat down with his help. She then looked around as the room was alive with conversations. Seeing that everyone was in place, she called to the servers to start bring out the food.

Elina enjoyed Aaran's tender affections. "You, kind sir, are a flatter and flattery will almost get you everywhere with me." She teased him playfully. She was tired of playing the heartless warrior. She just couldn't do it anymore. Not ever since she'd met this incredibly handsome ice god, who ironically defrosted her cold heart. She smiled sweetly at Aaran, she didn't want to hide their love anymore. She looked Racine in the and was surprised by what she saw. She was glad to see her brother so lighthearted. She'd never seen him this way. The stern calculated ferocity that had lived in his hazel eyes, was now completely absent. She hoped it was gone for good. A rainbow of colors danced in their depth. She slowed as she got to her assigned chair.

Anna shook her head and looked at him. "I don't know what this is, what it means. There are no stories about anything like this that I have heard. Let's wait and ask Danika first. Maybe she knows something." She said then looked down. "Father saw it and he was scared when he did."

Kristen smiled and snuggled close to him. "You are the clever one, learning to do all this on your own." She said gently

Aurora blinked and looked over, going to Vaughan then looking at the prints. "No, why?" She asked, looking to him again. "He is a threat, a hades hound, invisible." She said worriedly.

Danika shrugged then shook her head. "Not that I remember, the phoenix said that it was not safe in the dark." She said then shrugged. "I have no reason not to believe her."

Starr quite simply did not know about being deceptive to everyone, it was not in her nature. Her charm was more innocense and not knowing bad about those around her. She was shy, that trait would not go away easily, but with him she did try to be better at talking to others.

Sorcha smiled then looked to the queen as she and the rest joined them. She was glad the family was working their way back together now, it had been far too long.

Aaron moved to get her seat as he saw Racine do for Avalon and several others do for their ladies. He wanted to show how much he cared about her, but wasn't sure how beyond words and small gestures like this and the flower and the dome...maybe he was a little good at this? "You may call it flattery, but to me it is truth." He said gently.

"We'll find out one way or another. Who is this Danika? Is she a lorekeeper? "Zypher asked curiously.

Orson nuzzled Kristen neck and said, "Thank you, my heart. I do like the way you complement me."

Vaughan looked to Aurora and said meekly, "I was lonely, I just wanted a friend. He can't be all bad, he didn’t attack me." He looked to where the footprints stop and it had collapsed from exhaustion.

Aeval waisted no time building a U shaped sand wall around them it to keep it contained.

Aurelius smiled softly and nodded. "Alright then, I'll stay. I'll watch over you while you sleep. How does that sound? " She offered. She found not knowing things was just as frightening as knowing too much. But she was excited about the mystery of the unknown.

The conversations died down quite a bit, as the food was brought out and placed down the center of the tables. Falkirk spoke privately to Star through their link. " You are my inspiration to do better in all things, my shining Star. Just one of many things I love about you."

Racine reclaimed his seat and looked to the bountiful feast. Foods he'd long been denied mere inches from his fingertips. He glanced around to see others were filling their plates. So he reached forward and grasped a morsel of his favorite food. As he brought it to his lips,he breathed deeply of it aroma. But that was nothing compared to the flavor that awaited him. He closed his eyes in pure oblivion, as he chewed.
(He takes his food seriously. )

"And that sweet Aaran is why you have captured my heart. The simplest of gestures to you, are paramount to me." She purred in his mind with a twirl on the end.

Enoch watched cautiously as all were making merry. The royals who tired to speak with him were discontented with the way the queen was ruling Anstopfia. But with one strong look from him, it silenced there wagging tounges. He thought with a sneer, they knew nothing of hardships. They were nothing more then toddlers who cry when their favorite toy is taken from them. And he had no patience for whiners. He ate in silence and watched over his king.

Jackdaw had taken Lucille to her seat when he'd finished speaking with her. It had all worked out beautifully. They were both free and no hard feelings. So now he was on his way to wake Dawn from her sleep spell. He hoped she wasn't to angry with his spelling her. But he'd do his best to explain why he felt it necessary. He didn't want to lose her.
