Bertram followed after Ember with Jaxon and Garth in tow. After a brief discussion, they agreed it would be faster is they both rode Bertram. He shifted ans waited until the mounted him. Hr then ran full gallop to the perimeter. Once there, Garth and Jaxon both looking into the trees. Two sets of eyes wouldn't miss much. Plus Bertram's kelpie senses would ensure their unit would stay safe.

Falkirk laughed at her joke and shook his head, "Never, I just wanted to show you this view. " He explained as he pointed out over the nighttime landscape. It's one of my favorite places to come. To think, to get inspired or to just be alone. But now, I get to share it with you, my shining Star." He cupped her face delicately and brushed a feather light kiss upon her lips. He pulled back just enough to smiled at her as he said, "I never want to be alone again. Because when I am, it feels as if a vital part of me is missing. "

Avalon brightened and said, "Astonishing! They you can't be full human. I do not scenes fey, so you're either mythical or god. Which one, if you don't mind me asking? " She asked curiously.

Elina took a drink of her wine and listened quietly. She was perfectly content to sit and hold Aaran's hand.

Ember flew around the property, spreading the dust in the small bag and hoping it would be enough to go all the way around. She wouldn't have thought it would be, but somehow it was just enough to make it. Once that was done, she helped look for any cameras or watchers around the yard.

"I have to make a new protection pendant for Orson. He should not be without one." Jackie said and glanced to him then handed him a gem "Here, put this on the counter please.

Starr teirled softly at his admission. "I feel the same, but I was scared I was taking too much of your time. You do have other hobbies after all, though I woulf like to see you paint someday."

Aaron glanced to Elina curiously. Was he supposed to tell? His gaze slid to Racine, since the king had wanted him as an ace in the hole type. He himself didn't care about telling, or at least not as much now that he knew.

Bertram, Garth and Jaxon continued to search for cameras and sentries.

Cadeon took the gem and put it on the table. He then grab Bob as he tried to get down to play with it. "Oh, no you don't, young man. That's not a toy. " He said with conviction.

Bob complained, "But isn't shiny!" But stayed as Cadeon put him back on his left shoulder.

Falkirk stroked her cheek slowly and said, "Never, that would never be the case. We make beautiful music together and I'd love to paint you." He smiled lovely at her. "I was wondering is I was over staying my welcome. But know I know I'm not."

Racine glanced to Elina at her question. He shrugged slightly and said mentally to her to act like a bridge between their minds. Once she opened the links, he sent to Aaron. " She has asked you a direct question Aaran. You must not be rude or lie. Besides, things have changed since we first arrived here, have they not?"

Ember looked to the others when they had finished checking the perimeter. "Find anything?" She hadn't seen any cameras or watchers herself, but different perspectives saw different things.

Jackie soon came out and grabbed a mixing bowl and spoon, measuring stuff out and putting it in as she murmured softly. The gem went in with the rest, being covered by the other things when she started stirring. The actual spell didn't take long and she picked up the gem to put it in a small bag with a spoon. "Remember, he has to be the first to ttouch it so it will attune to him alome." She said as she handed it to Kristen.

Kristen nodded and took it, turning to go back to the bedroom. "Thank you Jackie."

Bertram came charging up and waited for Garth and Jaxon to slide off his back, before shifting. The too hadn't found anything out of the ordinary. The two nodded to her and then went into the house. "All seems clear. We didn't find anything. Did you have enough MOJO to do the entire perimeter?" He asked curiously.

Orson stirred as Kristen came back to the room. He looked up at her and smiled. Feeling more like himself. "Hey, my heart. What did she say?" Not knowing the spell was already done.

Falkirk made a soft sound and hugged Star as well. "I don't understand either. But I'm glad we feel the same." He stroked her back affectionately and hummed a melody to her. It was their song, the one they'd wrote together.

Avalon was very excited, she'd never met a God before. "Thank you for sharing your nature with me. I shall keep your secret if you like. Because in all of Anstopfia's history, a god has never crossed over." She explained quietly.

Racine stopped in front of Amar. He knew her for what she was. The last true bloodline of the unicorn. He pulled a long velvet case from his pocket. He handed it to her and said simply. "I killed the humans who had this in their possession. Your parents have been avenged. Just as I'm sorry for chasing you for my own purposes. I hope this is a welcome peace offering." Racine then turned and walked away.

Navar watched him leave and then looked to Amar as she opened the box. She gasped at the sight of her long lost horn. "Your crown of glory has been returned!" He said with happiness. As she touched it with a trembling hand. She then smiled in shock and nodded.

"Your welcome"she said,"people think I'm weird cause I'm always quiet, I mean, heather doesn't, I don't see why they do"she whispered, and walked away.

Ember came in and grabbed a cup to get a drink. She dipped her head in a nod as she set the bag on the counter. "Just enough to go all the way around."

Jackie nodded and smiled "Yes, that's the way I made it." She said then headed to the door to glance outside. She said something then came back in. "Now nothing magic can see in the yard and we can be fairly sure there are no cameras on us.

Skylar came in to take a seat with the others "My uncle is on the way with some wolves and weapons.

Kristen smiled and handed him the little bag. "Here is your new gem, all done already." She said with a smile then kissed him gently. "They think this place is comprised, so they are plotting a trap here. Ember has offered her home as an alternative."

Starr smiled happily then started singing the words to their song. She sang it through to the end then smiled up at him again.

Aaron smiled a little then shrugged lightly. "I do not mind, though you shouldn't expect me to act much like a god, I was raised by humans." He said with a chuckle

Carrow looked to her a bit confused. But shook her head and moved to sit by Ginger and her mom. "How are you two holding up?" She asked quietly.

Bertram came in and also got a glass of water. He downed it quickly and filled another. As he listened to the others talk. Jaxon and Garth had moved out of the way. They looked over as Skylar as she spoke.

Orson took the bag and lovingly kissed Kristen. At the news, he couldn't help, but to feel responsible. "It's all my fault. Had I not been do foolish, then things would have been safer for all." He said miserably. But he took the bag and emptied it out into his hand. He looked at the beautiful gem as he held it up. It shimmered as the magic bounded with him. He then opened his shirt a few buttons. At his sternum level, he placed the gem. He chanted as spell and the skin split and engulfed the gem. When it healed, it had a ring of warding around it in graceful fey.

Falkirk smiled softly down at Star. He sighed contentedly as he kissed her tenderly. ""You have the prettiest voice I've ever been graced to hear." He said with appreciation.

Avalon laughed openly delighted with here conviction. "Then we'll be on equal footing, since I've nothing to compare your godliness to. Aaran, I've always wanted to meet a god and I'm glad it's a god that is as humble as you are. I've read quite a few of the human histories and certain gods don't seem very personable at all. I do hope you're not offered. That was not my intent, I assure you." She added worriedly.

Elina smiled happily and looked to Aaran with deep admiration and respect. "He is one of a kind. God or not. I saw a God once, I asked his name and he said his name was Odin. It was in a vast battlefield of death and dieing. He rode atop an eight legged Sleipnir, with a large spear and two ravens circling overhead. She said absently.

Avalon was fascinated by this information. "How wondrous that must have been?" She thought aloud.
