Curled on the ground and covered his ears as instructed.

Vasper looks to Demeter with relief. "Oh, thank goodness!" He said, but stupidity stopped paying attention to the gunfire, when a round tore through his lower leg. He cried out in agony.

Demeter gritted her teeth in anger at the sight of all of the humans. She had always disliked them.
She walked up to Vasper and grabbed him by his neck, and it seemed like she was going to hurt him at first. But she just stood in front of him and looked at the humans, looking like she was about to spout flame.

"Mortals, I command you leave these shifters be. You humans are always fighting, it's rather sickening." Demeter said in a furious tone. It seemed odd, she wasn't really defending herself at all, and just standing.

Throws the grenade and ducks down as is explodes with a crashing boom
