Carrow jumped up and ran to lock the door. But there wasn't a lock on her side, so she sat down to put her weight aginst it. "I don't know, I've never seen this place before." She said in a panic.

"Morgana!im sorry,we have to go!"Caroline said grabbing the phone from gingers hand and ran out of the hospatle,"ok,carrow.we are coming!can you see anything outside?"she asked jumping in the car.

"A blood bond?" Bardou asked, frowning at that news. He didn't like how that sounded and wanted to try to figure that out, but later. For now he was spending time with his alpha. "That is strange, even before the war, Ender was always close to Queen Avalon. I wonder what changed"

Ember nodded and smiled "Yes, something for him to play with would be good to have. Let's go there first then." She said happily as she got in the car.

Skylar nodded and smiled "And there are likely real animals there as well that we can bring along. I know there are some mythicals that are not shifters there, and some that cannot be seen unless they want to."

Shaylee glanced to the humans and quickly read their minds before erasing the images then looking to Xatia again "They wanted our images because they think we are pretty, I erased them already." She said then looked back to the booth to buy sunglasses for each of them to wear. "Water is good against these image taking things, um, cameras." She said, smiling when she found the word.

Maxton glanced to Bardou and said, "my thoughts exactly, it's such an old custom."

Jackdaw was silent for a moment, as he thought of the time he'd offered that very thing to Dawn and how she had refused. He smiled softly at that memory. "Sometimes it's all a fey has of value to give. Perhaps that's why. I'm sure they had their reasons." He speculated. He then looked to Bardou and asked, "Do you really believe the Balaurs can be found and freed?"

Cadeon climbed in after Ember and said to the driver. "We'd love to go to a good pet store, please. And thank you for taking us around, ahead of time. " He then settled back in the seat and grinned at Ember. "Besides balls of yearn and stuffed mice, I'm at a loss as to what birds like to play with." He said with enthusiasm.

Jaxon was surprised to hear that there were non-shifting mythicals. "Then that would make Jackie's realm even more special. " He said thoughtfully.

Xatia smiled knowingly at Shaylee's abilities. "You never cease to amaze me. I've always been more brute than brain." She said as she took the offered sunglasses. "Thank you." She said as she put them on.

Cicero followed their led and did the same. He looked around at the difference the glasses made in his vision. "Wondrous contraptions!" He stated simply.

I am certain those two together can free the balors if they still live." Bardou said thoughtfully.

Jaxon turned to looked inside as well. He saw Navar trotting around in his wild dog form with Bob riding on his back flapping husband wings happily. While an amused Zypher sipped his coffee and watched them with a smile. Jaxon snorted, before he asked, "Should we be insulated that they for got us?" He asked curiously. He didn't mind in the lest. As long as he was with Skylar.

Carrow heard her words, before the phone was taken from her in a bruising hold as Nix forced his way into the room. He disconnected the call and backhanded Carrow across her cheek. "Who did you call?! The police?!" He snarled at her.

"No! It was Buchanan!" Carrow said in a rush.

"We'll be long gone before he ever get back to rescue you. So don't hold you breathe on that freak Wolverine!" He said with venom. He then left the room and locked the door from the outside.

Carrow curled into a ball on the cold floor and sobbed. Hoping her friends could save her in time.
