Spalding is a cross between green peacock and purple peahen ... = spalding purple 50% !

.... it's a spalding purple 50%.

Spalding high percentage is a cross between a green peacock and spalding purple peahen 50% ! = spalding purple 75% ... It has not yet been created .... I have not seen a picture!

A spalding to white or spalding split white it's a cross between a green peacock (Pavo Muticus ) and a white peahen ( Pavo cristatus ) = a spalding 50% split white. ( look like a spalding blue/green ).

Guys you are mixing it, breeding purple male to spalding hen will produce purple daughters, NOT the opposite! Mating a spalding male with purple hen will produce all spaldings and just the males will be split purple.

Mating spalding to white all the chicks will be spalding split white.

Hi q8peafowl
1. Do you mean breeding Green peacock male with purple hen will get purple hen (spalding?) and get spalding male split purple, am I right?
2. Then breeding F1xF1 again will get purple spalding male and purple sppalding hen?

No. You have to breed a Purple cock to any hen to produce Purple hens and split cocks. You need a Purple cock to Green hen to make 50% Purple hens and Spaulding cocks split to Purple. Then you can breed F1 to F1 and make Spaulding Purples but if you want to really bump the percentage up you will need to reintroduce more pure Green and start the process over again. The pictures you see on the internet of very high percentage sex-linked colors can take 20 years of breeding or more.

Reintroduce again is mean use purple spalding from F2 and breed with green hen again, am I right?
AND
If we use F2 cock&green hen, is it reduce the purple blood and will purple color disappear?
