Highland Homestead and PCGNA

I also see the Obit is a fake. I ordered Mint Egger Hatching eggs from her about this time last year. I got the eggs, half were fertile. I ordered the breed specifically for the autosexing. When the chicks were born, there was nothing at all obvious, as it had been with my Opal and Creme Legbars (from another breeder). I emailed, called, many times over the next 6 months, trying to find any obvious identifiable features of her breed to help me determine between the sexes. I heard back once, at six months old, after so many attempts and pictures sent. She said 1 a “blue female” and the other 2 of the same coloring 1 male and 1 female. 11 months after hatch, I still cannot distinguish male / female. The blue “female” and the “male” she identified are identical besides coloring. The 3rd chicken is now broody, so I’m going with it female. I’ve only ever had 1 green egg at most in a single day from the 3. There are no rooster crows, no saddle feathers. But, something still doesn’t feel right.

If you post pictures we may be able to help (or make a post on the gender board) by 11 months you should be able to distinguish between them.

We can ID them over in Breed and Gender.

Thank you. No crowing from any, no mounting, all 3 are the same size, and the broody beginning to molt gal is Hufflepuff, she is slightly the heaviest. I’ve gotten zero eggs from them since Hufflepuff has gone broody. And never more than 1 a day before from all 3. They are just over 11 months.

The one closet to the camera in picture 5 is Gryffindor. My 7-year-old Harry Potter fan twins named them :).
