    Greetings!

    I live in Hillsborough County, Florida, and am pursuing a change in the wording of our land use code to allow for "backyard chickens" on residential zoned properties in the county. At the moment, our land use code does not permit livestock (including poultry) on residential property in the county. I hope to fix that problem. If anyone out there has any documents that would help my cause, I'd appreciate any advice/documents that show positive reasons for backyard poultry.

    Also, check out a little project I completed for my own coop:

    Looking forward to hearing your advice!

    Thanks;
    Don
