How close do you get to know those hound dogs are smelly?

Wait is this from a movie/book or do you truly have a "hillbilly" neighbor with that many dogs.......I'm thinking I misunderstood.

I'm sure someone actually does have some sort of crazy amount of dogs around, the place I know must have at least 40-60 dogs locked up in the shed that aren't fixed and are constantly breeding. The nerves of some people. I rarely go out there anymore, but if I did those people would be hearing from me......A LOT.

Apparently I missed that movie. Having some family that are accused of being hillbilly I suppose I should watch it.
