His eye is gone!! What do i do?

Today my rooster decided to challenge another rooster and end the end he lost his eye. He's in some extreme pain. I gave him some baby aspirin but I don't know what else to do. Any advise on what to do now?

Keep him in a warm quiet room by himself. Keep the wound clean and use neosporin(without pain relief) or Vetericyn spray. Is he eating and drinking?
