Hitlers walk

Thats the only way i can explain it in one word. I have a millie fluer bantam that when he walks he brings his leg straight up and out as high as his breast like Hitlers troops marched he is in good health but that walk is odd.

Does he have scaly leg? My Ernie walks the same way when the scales on his legs get too big. I don't do it as often as I need to but I rub vaseline or squirt oil on his legs. After doing this on a regular basis, the scales will diminish. If this is the case, putting his foot down presses the scales into the top of his foot.
