Anne's had it out on the deck 24/7 for about eight years, spring, summer, and fall, and it has never been bothered before until last night. It ain't a purty sight to look at, but surprisingly it has no noticeable smell. It's spread out on a cookie sheet and kept on top of the gas grille on the deck.
ETA It dries to a hard, black crusty looking mess after a couple of days in the sun.
