haha rooster wants out the coop! The hens are getting on his nerves.. I kept then in, after we got snow and was blowing winds, now its warm up, letting them out.

I don't own the photos or the birds. Got my bird from a guy, wanted 4 blue egg laying chicks.

I use to have 3 roosters with 30 hens and was just no more fun for me and the cost of feeding. Only going to keep a few chicks and sell the rest on Craigslist.

Yes, chickens can get expensive, if you have too many. I have 12 right now and seems to be a good number, always have eggs and not too many to remember all their names!
