Holiday Chicken Blocks Swap---IN THE MAIL!!!

I can't find mine!! I had them all cut out, all I needed to do was to applique them!! But I can't find them anywhere!!!

I've got to clean my sewing room to find them!!

At least you have a room. I have a "corner" of our sunroom in the back part of our house. It's marked off by a folding wall and shelving. It works for me. I could use a room upstairs since my one DD flew the coop, but up there, I'm so alone..............and far away from all the action, so I use my corner.

And you can visit my sewing "corner" anytime!

Lunachick, I so agree! My sewing room is upstairs. Whenever I have a project, I lug the machine(s) downstairs to the breakfast table. I've had a lot of company lately so everything gets lugged back up and then down again. ('cept for the fabric - it's piled on the counter and is admired by all! I have three chicken swap pieced tops going just now!

I am with you ladies, since my stepmom has moved in, I just can't get back into the swing of things. I am hoping to finish my blocks today. I have a quilt due out to a customer by December 1, I am in the quilting stage but just can't seem to put my heart into it.

Nope your not last! I can't find mine!!!! Thing is, IF I open the door to the sewing room 5 furry beasts RUN for the door doesn't matter if they are near death outside in the road, they WILL be going through that door when it is open! Ever try to step down on your sewing machine pressure foot and it squeaks?? Then you realize your foot is on top a 12 pound cat!!!! The toss spools and bobbins around the room. Katie grabs fabric and runs from the room so you have to chase her before she put a hole in it! I need to put a screen door on the bedroom door to keep the creature out but where they can still see me.

I'll let you know when they come.
