Entry #1 - Peanut Butter Blossoms (from Betty Crocker’s Day 14 of the 24 Days of Cookies this year!)

I baked this recipe this afternoon and used a combination of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and cookies & cream Hershey kisses. I have had them in the past but I mean YUMM! Some got a bit too done because the gas stove is acting up and kind of overcooks here lately, but the ones with the perfect consistency were amazing! Definitely put those kisses in the middle as soon as they come out of the oven, it makes it just right.

Entry #2 - M&M Pudding Cookies (from Betty Crocker’s 24 Days of Cookies, Day 1)

So these served as holiday cookies but ALSO game day cookies, so I used a red and white color theme - white chocolate baking chips as called for, and red M&Ms (separated a bag of the green and red holiday ones). Everyone loved them, they were a hit! Never used pudding in a cookie recipe before but so glad I tried this one.

Entry #3 - Traditional Russian Tea Cakes (from Day 2 of Betty Crocker’s 24 Days of Cookies)

This was the first recipe I tried from 24 Days of Cookies, and first year actually trying any of the recipes! Super good, and used those leftover chopped nuts I had put up from making a Thanksgiving cheese ball. Super simple and well enjoyed.
