I made cinnamon star bread this morning.

I decided to make a gingerbread coop this year instead of a house, but I used cookie dough instead of using an actual house recipe. Lmao that was a mistake but it sure is yummy

Gingerbread bantams. Cochin, polish, modern game, and silkie.

More gingerbread cookies I made.

Christmas tree brownies. I accidentally used 3x as much butter than i was supposed too.

My very first homemade gingerbread house! It took me a while, but not as long as I thought it would! The only non-homemade part are the candies.

With the scraps leftover from the house, I made a chicken coop. (And yes, I know that the chicken is much too big for the coop)

I am a decent cook, but I almost never bake. Especially never anything challenging. We just don't eat that many sweets.

But I tried this morning and I think my first try at pastry came out pretty good, but it was SOOO messy! I don't know why my icing is all over the place!
