Got some breakfast down, still have a headache and one of my barred rocks died

I knew she wasn't doing well in the ehat the tother day but I put the vitamins in their water and have kept the fans on them , they are 2 1/2yr old now so maybe that didn't help either. DH will bury her for me. Now I have 9, can only have 10 by ordinance and if anymore die this year I'll get some more biddies in the spring.

SE....I'm sorry you have been under the weather. I hope you feel lots better now.

I think my BR hen is having a problem with the heat and I don't expect her to last very much longer. Sometimes no matter what you do they just aren't strong enough to recover. Sorry about yours.

I still hae the headache from heck but the stomach stuff is better, thankfully. The rest of my hens seem fine so I dunno how come this one didn't make it, I did keep getting confused counting them yesterday when I put them back, so used to a group of 6 barred rocks. If I get new biddies next year, I would only get barred rocks, their natured so much better to me than the reds, they are more quiet too, I am def. partial to them. Anyway..................did I say that I AM FINISHED with these blocks??!!!! Yeppir, I'm done
