Ok, soooo we went to Murdock's Ranch Supply store today to get some chicken supplies. I was going to be good and try not to buy any chicks, but I didn't need any self control! Murdock's got chicks in this morning, but they all sold out by 10am this morning!!!
We got there at noon. And let me tell you that people were not happy that they were out of chicks. I found myself telling people about a few local places in CO that were open and I knew had chicks. It was crazy!!! There were so many newbie chicken owners there I could have conducted my own BYC class in the store! Quite the adventure. Luckily, I was able to come home to my 4 fuzzy butts in the brooder, eggs in the bator, and the Ideal chick order I placed on January 10th shipping soon.
