Well I watched when I could but didnt see any higher numbers, for some other fourms I have been members of they will often tell you [example]:
Most Users ever online was 111 on Jun 27th, 2007, 12:03pm
Most Members ever online was 5 on Feb 3rd, 2006, 4:09pm
Most Guests ever online was 111 on Jun 27th, 2007, 12:03pm

Is there any type of setting for this?
I think its really interesting how many people online there are the most ever and what dates like that.
Today I messed with my counter in my webpage, GRRR It was like almost 500 views!!! Now its like only 2 GRRR That really made me feel good to have that many views!!

I wanted to add that I joined The Easy Garden as I always have a garden going and have been collecting lots of seeds but alot of times dont exactly know much about some plants and I think this will be a great place to learn!
I wanted to let you know though that the link in the signature is sending me to an error page saying that its not available, in the box it is reading:

I deleted the second .com and it worked.

Some times the high number of guests is caused by spiders. Spiders are sent out by web search engines to glean info from the site to add to their search engines. I know we get them a lot on the forum I moderate. You can tell them by the very close IP addresses

ENTIRE INTERNET CRASHES, "silly" chicken site blamed!
It was slow last night, especially for us poor dial-up users. I almost went into withdrawels!

It was definitely slow last night. It was partially because of all the people online and in chat at the same time (chat is a HUGE resource hog).

I'll keep my eye on things and will make the necessary upgrades to the server if needed.

If you guys notice a consistent slowness (over 30 minutes) and it is just on this site (not anywhere else on the net) then please let me know!

188 is pretty cool, but the fact that 92 are members is amazing... that's the real number I'm tracking.
