Holy Moly Cattledog Having Pups Soon>>>> First Litter. (You tube clip)

Went to the vets today for ANOTHER ultrasound, All pups have strong healthy hartbeats and are very active in there, X-ray next week to see exactly how many and how big

Oh my, they will be beautiful bemba.... I can just see one now, cattledog face, red with a ridge ,it's perfect

They were closer to the size of a heeler and one was a blue merle and one was a red merle. Really they looked a lot like Catahoula Leopards except with a ridge. That was actually what I thought they were until I noticed the ridge and I asked her about them.

Cata what LOL ..... I have never heard of them, just googled it.... wow very interesting dogs.... do you remember if they were a clean cross (a pure cattledog, to a pure ridgeback) and also was the mother the healer?

I asked what they were and the lady said "half heeler half ridgeback"...never said if both parents were purebred nor did she mention which parent was which, so I have no idea.

X-ray done!!! 5 pups!! And fantastic news..... The pups heads range from 3-3 1/2 cm wide, and mums pelvis (in the narrowest point) is nearly 5cm!!!! So so happy about that, of course I will have the vets on standby, just in case.... 7 days to go!!! Could be anytime from now!!!

6 pups born, yesterday... I am quite ill and am shattered.... time for bed.
