Temper, maybe? The doc don't mess around )"Aw. Thank you." Mia said in a happier tone. She wasn't really used to people caring about her."You are to me"

Upon reaching her room, Janette entered and closed the door behind her. She changed out of her nurse clothes into a pair of jeans and a red tank top, then plopped down on the bed. She picked up the clipboard and went over it, making sure all her patients were checked off for the day. She flipped a few pages back to where she had taken a note on Emily earlier. Because Emily was under Janette's care, Janette had nothing about her other than her name and what she suffered from. That would need to change. Janette decided she would ask to have the girl switched under her, which was surely better care than what she had now under a Nurse Lidia.
(I actually love making characters like Dr. Mythe. Maybe it just lets me be my true self.)
Half an hour later there was a knock on Emily's door, and a man's voice proclaiming he was from "housekeeping". "Finally!" Emily silently rejoiced. The man entered her room with a utility cart full of cleaning supplies and let out an audible sigh as he looked around the room. His name tag labeled him as being named Donald. He was a short plump man with very little neck, greasy comb over hair, 3 day old stubble, and sad blue eyes that crinkled at the corners . His uniform was dark green and a ring full of keys jingled as he walked. "Good Lord in Heaven!" he proclaimed. "How long has it been since this room was cleaned?" he asked. "I think I have been here about a month now, but I'm not sure. No one has ever been in here to clean while I've been here" replied Emily. Donald reached into his pocket and took out a hand held radio and talked into it. "Don from housekeeping, I need a nurse to room 305". "What's wrong with 305 Don?" a woman's voice came back. "I need to do a full sterilization of the room, the patient will need to be relocated" Don replied. There was a long pause, then the woman's voice called "A guard will be up shortly to escort the patient to her new room".
"Well Miss, you better get packing, I expect they will be here soon." Donald told Emily. Emily rejoice inside and rushed about the room gathering her few belongings into a pile. "Thank you Donald. I haven't been outside this room in such a long time" Emily said happily. "No matter Miss. Between the two of us, I hate this place as much as you do. Oh, and you can call me Don".
Emily sat on her bed with her belongings and waited for the guard to come for her while watching Don clean the room.
