Dr. Mythe looked up at Janette. "Hello." He said, "How's your day been?"

(Sorry for the short post, haha.)
( )

"Fine, Doctor. All the patients thus far have been relatively cooperative, except for the one who wouldn't quite dropping his boiled eggs, and then the lady who made me read her newspaper back to front to her, and the mad teen who kept pulling my hair, and other then a piercing headache caused by a patient screaming in my ear, it's been just fine," Janette said dryly.

Dr. Mythe sighed.
"Well, they are homeless, not really raised too well and don't know proper manners." He said. "Sorry that you've been having such a difficult time with them. I'm going to hire more staff, and fire some of the ones who barely do a thing. This place hasn't been so nice lately." He told her honestly.

"Well, that will certainly be nice," Janette replied. She took a bite of her burger then made a face. "I have a few complaints about the food, and the third floor. But especially the third floor," she said.

"You do? Well, what are the complaints?" Dr. Mythe asked her, rather concerned.

"You do? Well, what are the complaints?" Dr. Mythe asked her, rather concerned.
"Indeed I do. Several, actually. I have just come from the third floor and it appears that there is mold developing on the stairs, as well as a few walls. One of the patient's rooms is a ice cold and it hasn't been cleaned in months. Said patient hasn't eaten since last night. I know you say staff is low, but surely we can't be so bad off that patients are starving!" Janette ranted. She paused when she realized that during her rant, her voice had risen and several heads in the room were turned towards her, staring. Dropping her voice, she continued, "With the amount of money I have given you, Doctor Thomas Mythe, I would of expected more in the care of your patients."

"Wait...The nurses weren't taking care of one of the patients?? Which one was it?" Dr. Mythe asked urgently. He knew Emily Moore was on the third floor, and she could prove useful if she fully trusted him. But if the nurses were just going to neglect her and end up starving her to death, he might as well just experiment on her and not waste space. But he'd rather use her for other reasons.
