Emily woke in the morning feeling refreshed but hungry. She took her time getting dressed and made her bed. She grabbed the borrowed book and headed to the cafeteria, thinking that if she was reading maybe nobody would bother her. She ordered her breakfast, scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, and bacon, then went to the self serve beverage area where she took a coffee cup of hot water and a tea bag. She stood with her tray and looked for a quiet place to sit. There was somebody at every table except for one in the back corner. She quickly walked over and set her tray down on the table. She sat, prepared her tea, found her place in her book and began to eat.

Ginger, very wearily, walked down stairs to the caffateariea.she ordered toast, fried egg, and a cup of orange juice.she walked inside win her tray and saw Emily at a corner,"mind if I sit with you?"she asked Emily.

Janette woke up slowly. Morning light streamed brightly through the window and lit up the room. She blinked and rubbed her eyes, then glanced at the clock. 8:30. "8:30!" She exclaimed, sitting up quickly. She jumped out of bed and dressed quickly. She grabbed a ponytail holder and on her way downstairs she fixed her hair into a bun.
The tables in the cafeteria were all full, but that wasn't a problem because she didn't have time to eat now anyway. She hurried through the line to get two trays of food for her first two patients, ones that were restricted to their rooms 24/7 unless assisted out.

"Thanks.i can't belive how many pepole are in the caffateariea!"ginger exclaimed."I mean, it took me forever just to get this"she said eating her toast.

"Yeah. I was hoping it wouldn't be so busy" replied Emily. Nurse Janette came into the cafeteria and quickly left with two trays. "What are you in for?" Emily asked. "I'm here because I talk to my dead brother, and my foster parents couldn't handle it."

"My parents died.i wouldn't pay for the rent of the house...so I came...here..."ginger explained,"talk to your dead brother?hmm, it's really not the weird, it's kinda cool really"

Serena sighed.she walked into the caffateariea with a tray of her own. She sat in a corner table and started to eat.
