Home made scratch?

If I were to go to a whole foods store and get some grains for my chickens, what would be best? They have chicken feed, but I was thinking of making my own grain 'scratch' and was wondering what were some grains they could eat? Does anybody have any homemade scratch recipe's? If so please post!

There are lots of different mixes for scratch grain some better than others. I myself use a all grain pigeon feed with a little extra added as a scratch grain and it has has;
Wheat, Milo, Maple Peas, Trapper Peas, Austrian Peas, Buckwheat, Corn, White Millet, Oat Groats, Malt Barley, Safflower Seed, Black Oil Sunflower Seed, Hemp Seed and Brown Rice.
