Hey there, sorry, I had to get the kids to bed. I can get some more chicken lung pics from my path friends in KY tomorrow. And yes, the pics with the finger shadows were pointing at the adhesions. Good eye! As for dying acutely, yes, that is common in birds. If they show signs of disease they risk being chucked out by the other flock members - sick birds attract unwanted attention from predators so birds will mask signs of disease as much as possible. “Nope, nothing to see here folks. I am perfectly A-OK”.

So the stingy things from the lung to the left are not normal.
What about the darker spot that is in one of those stringy things on lower left lung?
