I made my own treat a few minutes ago. I was in a rush and I took it out before it was done and it wasn't completely hardened like I would like it to be. It's a nice, warm, sunny day so I set it out in the sun with a fly cove rover it so birds and bugs don't help themselves. It's looking pretty good if I may say so myself.
I'll call it a Chicken Loaf because mine didn't turn out hard enough to be considered a Flock Block.
Ingredients:
Dumor laying pellets (they break down when they get wet)
Scratch
Whole wheat kernels (I don't know if they're called kernels or seeds or what)
Whole rice (Not white... And yes, it's perfectly okay and will not hurt your chickens)
Oatmeal
Water
Molasses
Cut- up grass (Do NOT use lawnmower clippings)
First I mixed all the dry ingredients, including the grass. Then I mixed the molasses with the water, because molasses it hard to mix evenly with dry stuff, and then added that to the dry ingredients and mixed it all together with a big spoon. It should NOT be watery; it should be wet but pretty crumbly. Then I pressed it into a greased baking pan (the kind you would use to make banana or zucchini bread) and baked it at 320 for about an hour. That wasn't enough, though, so I set it out in the hot sun with a fly cover over it and that's where it still is. If I were you I would bake it at 340 with foil over it (so it doesn't brown) for about an hour but check on it every now and then (15-20 minutes... maybe?) I haven't fed it to the chickens yet but I have given them crumbles of it and they gobbled it up. I'll let you know how they like it.

EDITED to add:
They loved it!! I only fed it to two of the hens for now but will give more to the others later. They loved it so much that Ebony gave me her warning sounds when I got too close to her. Ebony even pulled off a chunk and ran away with it to eat for herself. They're still looking for leftover peices in the grass, and when they find a piece they fight over it. I will definitely be making this more often!
Pumpkin is orange and Ebony is black.

In all the pictures I have Pumpkin's head is blurry because she's pecking so fast.
