I got that stuff, spent all day tracking it down! I put some out on a paper plate and nothing happened... it didn't kill one fly, I was very disappointed indeed. I had one of those stinky traps and it had tons of flies buzzing around it. some went in some didn't. So THEN... I mixed it with chicken poo. it became very toxic chicken poo!! and then I smeared it on the stinky trap. I am a fly killing machine. I'm sure I'm gonna go to hell for this... problem with the whole fly killing operation is they die pretty quickly. now on the ground under this hung up fly trap is a kinda funny green/blue/black sheen.... ew. and I also have about a million flies dead or dieing everywhere. they take a bite fly off and then they kinda look like a helicopter swirling down.
so question. how do you get them to eat the bait? they much prefer the milk jug with rotting meat in it.
and can chickens eat the dead flies? I have the traps far away from them and my dogs. but they do sometimes fly off.
