Wildsky, sorry to hear of your delimma. I was planning on making the drive up to NE to eat with you. If you were going to make "bowls" for soup, how big of a piece of dough do you use for each bowl? baseball size? then let it rise bigger? I want to do that on my next day off and I will make sure I have fresh yeast. I'm sure it has been mentioned already on this thread but there are too many pages to go thru now.
