Homemade Incubator

I made a homemade incubator use an old cooler, I still need to add the fan but thought that I would test it. Just checked and the temp. is holding at 100 and the humidity is 62%, what can I do to loer the humidity?

Do you have air holes on the sides and top? Fresh air comes in side holes and heat goes out by top holes.
