Honking??

i hate to ask for help but I’m pretty worried

How long has she been doing that? Is it continual or do you notice it at certain times like when she's been eating, dust bathing, first thing in the morning after being cooped all night...?

Do you notice any bubbles or pus in the eyes, facial swelling, mucous from the nostrils?

Take a look inside her beak for any obstruction, yellow or white pasty material.

Is her crop emptying overnight? Check to make sure.
Does she lay eggs? Any bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen below the vent between her legs?

Are they making other normal sounds too or just this sound? I will occasionally hear one of my hens bark/honk and usually it’s a sneeze.
